• Initial deposit of a certain percentage is required at the signing of the Order Form. • A certain percentage is payable on issuance of Provisional Allocation Letter, usually within three (3) days of the signing of the Terms and Conditions (T&C). • The Provisional Allocation Letter is issued and mailed by Creek Marina to the customer if they have already paid a certain percentage of the Total Sale Price and the money has been cleared in our bank. The Allocation Letter indicates that the unit is fully registered in the customers’ name.
