What is the Bonser Ballot and Method?
All motions properly “received in advance”, by directive of Federal Council, were put to the entire membership fo rconsideration in advance of that National Convention using a Bonser Method (which calls for a Bonser Ballot). Motions passed by that Bonser Method (by the thresholds determined at the 2006 National Convention) are considered passed bythe membership (with constitutional amendments requiring ratification by a mail-in vote following the National Convention in order to be enacted asrequired by current Article 10.1.3).
