What is the Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. return policy?
Your returns accompanied with a receipt will be issued a cash refund or a charge credit based on the original method of payment. When a gift receipt is used to make a return, the return will be a Store Credit or a charge credit to a Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. charge. Returns of $10 or more without a receipt will be issued a Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. charge credit or a Store Credit. Price adjustments will be given for regular or sale price merchandise offered at a lower price within 7 days, upon presentation of the original receipt. Adjustments will not be given for clearance merchandise with more than two price reductions.
