What is the “Boat” CD?
The “Boat” CD is a bootleg that was most likely recorded in the late Summer of 1999, most likely during a part of the Sept. 1999 surf trip that later was immortalized in Jack’s film “September Sessions”. It was probably recorded by Rob Machado. It has a tracklist of: 1) F-Stop Blues 2) Fortunate Fool 3) Instrumental 4) Timmy Curran (La-ta-Dee-Dah) **the remainder of the disk is filler material of Jack demos and rare tracks.
