0

The Board’s interview process is a two-stage process. The first-stage Board interview is required for all certified/new grad teachers before any offer of employment is made. Once a teacher has a successful first-stage Board interview, s/he is eligible to supply teach. The first-stage interview is conducted by a panel of two or three school administrators. For long-term occasional and permanent contract positions, the teacher must have a successful second-stage interview. The second-stage interview is conducted by the administrator of the school at which the position is needed.
