What is the “blue slip?

0

The “blue slip” is a letter from the Secretary of State showing that you have successfully passed Driver’s Education. Prior to December 2000, this “Proof of Completion” was printed on blue paper with blue ink. This letter is still referred to as the “blue slip.” You must show this “blue slip” letter to the Drivers License Examiner in order to take your road test and obtain your license.
