What is the Block By section and why would I want to use it?
There are hundreds of mailers not included in the SBC Block List, such as any mailer used by a legitimate ISP (Internet Service Provider). These ISPs may still have e-mail addresses you do wish to correspond with, and a small percent of spam will come from these mailers. The ‘Block by Section’ give you many options to block unwanted e-mail. The features in this ‘Block By’ section are: Block by Sender(s) – Block individual e-mail addresses. Block by Keyword in Subject field – Block specific words or phrases that may appear in the subject line of an e-mail. Block by Keyword From field- Block portions of e-mail addresses in the from field; they do not have to be as specific as ‘Block By Sender’.
