What is the black belt system?
Not this year, but coming in future years, there will be a training system, wherein any teacher or community leader can receive training in how to become a more effective community leader and problem solver; starting with the White Belt Level and advancing through to the Black Belt Level similar to the martial arts. These will be fun, serious, interactive and very useful activities that will build skills, knowledge, and the network that can make a difference. The vision is to have this training system available online and offline.
