What is the BioWork hybrid-distance class?
In the hybrid-distance BioWork class, students cover the same material as those in the traditional class. However, they complete each weeks text book assignments on their own time and meet once a week to complete the laboratory assignments. The hybrid-distance students access Wake Techs website to receive their assignments and take their tests online. The hybrid-distance course is designed for a task-oriented, self-motivated person with excellent reading skills and high-speed internet access.
