What is the binding Early Decision program?

0

Our binding Early Decision program is a process in which the Admissions Committee agrees to review your file early in the season and provide an initial decision before the end of the calendar year. If you are admitted, we require that you commit to enroll at the Law School and that you withdraw all applications at other law schools regardless of your status there. You must indicate your intention to apply to the Early Decision program on your application by checking the Early Decision box and completing the Early Decision Agreement.
