I believe that the primary issue for all is the answer to the primal questions of life such as, What is my purpose? Where do I belong? How can I survive? Etc.. This question is to be answered by dealing with our very nature and the realities of our existence — the matter of the Great Reality, which is God. Unfortunately, it is not simple, but many try to simplify it and end up hurting more than helping. A misunderstanding of God, nature and life in general may be more damaging that absolute ignorance. This is the issue of toxic faith. Most of the people who compose the target audience for Basic Progress Ministries have serious difficulty with the God idea.
