The sweet and scrumptious treat will make its return in the beautifully designed authentic Cream Puff Bakery in the New England Center. Try our Big Eclair, which made its debut in 2004! Visitors will be able to watch the baking process through large glass windows as the tasty treats are stuffed with a special, secret recipe filling. Ray and Dolores Billie of Billie’s Baked Potatoes operate the state-of-the-art facility. Every Big E fairgoer with a sweet tooth must experience these great goodies.
