What is the BH Surveillance Plan hoping to accomplish?
▲ The 18-month campaign plan hopes to demonstrate the resiliency of the Fort Hood Community in recovering from the Nov. 5th shooting tragedy by: • Restoring Soldier, family, civilian/contractor and community trust and confidence that the Army medical community continues to provide the highest quality care. • Ensuring the health and well-being of the Fort Hood community is sustained by identifying trends in the community, and potential gaps in available services. • Establishing a new baseline of services to maintain the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of Soldiers, family, civilian/contractors and the broader Fort Hood Community. • Successfully maintaining steady state operations by balancing Fort Hoods mission readiness and training posture with the communitys physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. • Maintaining and/or increase respect for diversity as a military core value.
