What is the Bexar Regional Watershed Management (BRWM)?

0

BRWM is a partnership among Bexar County, the City of San Antonio, the San Antonio River Authority and 19 suburban Bexar County cities, who’ve joined together in a regional approach to manage flood control, storm water and water quality. The BRWM’s goals are to improve citizens’ quality of life, protect life and property and provide for safe transportation during heavy rain and flood events, as well as to address water quality issues collaboratively, rather than individually. BRWM holds public meetings to update citizens on the progress of developing technology, improving flood control and monitoring water quality all part of the organization’s mission.
