What is the beverage policy for groups?
Groups may not provide their own wine, beer, liquor or other alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages. For groups representing a minimum of 50 staterooms, Royal Caribbean will try to accommodate special beverage requests within reason, provided the groups have given proper notice, acknowledged all applicable policies and are willing to incur associated costs. The supply chain generally requires 8 weeks advance notice to ensure that special beverage requests reach the vessel in time. Requests made without said 8-week notice will be refused. Products unique to a group cannot be offered to other guests and will not be provided in public venues unless the group meets or exceeds 33% of total ship occupancy.
