Edmunds is the one I like… there is enough data out there to determine not only what the dealer actually pays for the car (it isn’t the invoice price) but also the price of every option and even what a good low price is so that you have some point of reference to make an offer. Too many people go into the dealerships having no point of reference and think they have negotiated a good deal when in reality they have been screwed. Imagine that… walking out of the dealership thinking you got a wonderful deal on a new car only to find that you donated lots of your hard earned money to line their pockets and that many many people have paid far less.
