I am not sure about the best but I can tell you from personal experience, I downloaded Weather Bug on 2 occassions on 2 separate computers. Not only did it slow my computers down many time it locked them up so I have to continue to start and restart my computer. These were brand new computers, one was bought last year at the end of the year. Once I tool Weather Bug off each one, I had no more problems. You could try the Weather Channel or my local weather/news stations offers about the same thing. Both are free I believe. Best of luck to you….
