What is the best way to use my device when performing workouts?
First, review the instructional video included with the workout. After learning the exercises, you can either print your workout to follow along in the gym, or you can follow the TIMED workout where Alexandra will walk you through each exercise, reminding you about important techniques points. You can listen to her as you workout out or watch your device for demonstration and additional tips. When resting between sets you can view an upcoming exercise. When you have finished your first set you return to the beginning and start again.
