What is the best way to tune my aftermarket holly carburetor?

The Holly is the easiest carb to adjust, 1st on the front and rear bowel is a large screw (flat head) undo them and look inside, the fuel level should be just even with the bottom of the hole, this is your float adjustment, if it too high or too low there is a flat head screw on top of the bowel, screw it in to lower the fuel level and out to raise it, put the peep hole screws back in. looking from the front of the car gently tighten both adjustment screws on the front bottom of the carb. The left screw turn out 2 1/2 full turns out, the right 3 turns. If you have an electric choke loosen the three screws around the black cover and unplug the wire to the choke, turn the black plastic cover and turn it until it’s lined up with a mark 2 lines on the lean side, tighten back up. get a voltmeter or light and turn the key on and make sure there is power to the choke wire. If you have an automatic trans take your finger and pull back on the throttle, see where the kick down rod starts to move
