The way that works for you. The process of adopting a raw diet is an individual journey. There are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual factors involved. For some people it is actually easiest to start an all raw diet overnight. For most people, a more gradual transition is appropriate, whereby the percentage of raw foods is steadily increased over time and the unhealthy foods simply get crowded out. A successful transition requires discipline, commitment, and support. Coaching is highly recommended.
