What is the Best way to store whole coffee beans?
If you place in freezer, they should never go back into the freezer! Condensation will form. It’s not recommended to store coffee in the fridge or freezer (extreme temps aren’t good for beans). Coffee beans taste best a day or two after roasting and get stale pretty fast (after about a week most of the original flavors deteriorate). Your best bet is not to buy more beans than you will use in a week. You can use the vacu-seal canisters for the dry/airtight container and they’ll last for about a month.
