What is the best way to store my jerky?
For those of you who don t devour your jerky in one sitting, we recommend you store it in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Once you open a bag of Cattaneo Bros. jerky keep it in a Tupperware container or Ziploc bag and store it in the refrigerator. Make sure the bag is closed tightly. If you don t plan on eating your jerky right away be sure to keep the bag sealed in its packaging and store it in the refrigerator or freezer. Freezing is the best long-term storage method for jerky. Freezing jerky will not affect its taste.
