What is the best way to store leftover opened cheese?
Remove cheese from its package, and place in plastic storage bags, or other containers that feature reclosable seals or lids. Push as much air out as possible, seal completely, and place in refrigerator. If you want to maximize shelf life and practice strict sanitation procedures, push the bag inside out with your hand, pick up the cheese through the bag, retract bag and seal as above.
