Enganging in regular physical activity may be the one of the most important thing you can do for your health.Exercising for 30 minutes or more at last five days a week can lower the risk of heart disease,improve bones and muscles strength and most important is help to control your weight.Incorporating a variety of activities into your workout routine can help can help you stay psysically fit.

Aerobic or cardiovascular excercices like brisk walking,jogging,swimming and bicycling can help strengthen your heart because it keep it pumping at higher rate for an extended period of time.Aerobic activities also help manage blood pressure and cholesterol,strengthen the spine and prevent weight gain while improving your energy level and simply making you feel good .

Depending on how fit you choose to be, By living a lifestyle that allows you to continuously achieve higher levels of strength, stamina, energy, health, overall happiness in achieving these goals as well as continuing to increase and push yourself onto better goals and strive for pursing your ideal level of what you define as “fit”. Lower body fat, higher muscle, depending on if you’re male or female, strength and muscle, “toned” body, 6 pack abs, etc. But to be fit, at the basics, less fatty and over processed and sugar filled (although tasty) candies/treats/desserts etc. less or no smoking/tobacco use, moderate or no alcohol,  and higher quality foods that provide better quality nutrition for your body, mind, physical/emotional health levels and impact your daily life in a way that allows you to feel better, look better, and BE a better version of yourself until you achieve your fitnes goal and make yourself the best version of YOU. But still allowing yourself to enjoy on occasion those foods/drinks/pastimes that may deviate slightly away from your fitness goals as long as you still are making progress continuously. That is how you have a fit lifestyle.
