What is the best way to start training with the journey gym?
To ease into using the journey gym, it is best to choose 5 to 6 exercises that are suitable to your fitness level and goals and do a single set of each at 14 to 18 repetitions. You should start on a lower resistance and take the time to make sure your form is perfect before you increase resistance and repetitions. Also be sure to rest between exercises. As you improve, you can increase the intensity in a variety of ways: increase the resistance level, number of exercises, sets of each exercise and/or decrease the rest you take between each exercise and sets.
