To accept credit cards using the integrated IBSRestaurant card server program, complete these steps in order: • Purchase the credit card server program (CreditLine is preferred) • Order a merchant account (we can do this for you through Sterling Payment Technologies. Go to the Brochures, Files, Etc. page on this site) • Send IBS your processor setup sheet. We prefer Sterling but IBSRestaurant works with almost every network out there. • We will email you a file with your processor data in it • Run $1 on each type of card you plan to accept • Settle the card batch • Verify the batch is deposited correctly to your bank account • Go live! If you don’t want to process credit cards through your IBSRestaurant system, we can take care of that too.
