What is the best way to remove the paper dividers between the slices?
Use a knife dipped in hot water to slice through the paper between each slice of cheesecake. To remove the slice, slide the knife under the slice, between the cardboard base and the cheesecake. Slowly pull off the paper separator from the back of the slice toward the front of the slice. Repeat for each slice.
