above. HTML Tagging your abstracts in HTML, mounting them on a web server, and linking them to a table of contents is a common way of publishing online. You can even use a simple search engine to search them. Depending on the original format of the abstracts this will be a more or less manual exercise (unless you are using a filter of some kind to automate the conversion) and will produce acceptable results.
