What is the best way to present a buyers agent contract to a potential client?
I agree with David about educating the buyers, i always present the State form first explaing what agency is and what duties i provide under each types. I always let me buyers know that if i am their buyer agent i can provide more infprmation and a better service as i am looking out for their best interests. I make sure the contract is fully filled out, dont leave anything blank. Also dont use a high pressure sales tactic, they have to feel comfortable to be able or to want to sign anything. SOme people will need more comforting than others, see what they respond to and direct your approach that way.
