What is the best way to prepare soybeans for a soymilk making machine?
Q Dear Uncle Dave. I just ordered a soy milk maker, SoyaJoy. I read somewhere it is better to boil (or pre-soak) the dry beans before putting it in the machine. Please advise on the best way to prepare the beans before putting it in the machine and the best beans to get without the “beany” taste. Also did I make the right choice in this SoyaJoy machine? So that is one good thing at least. To prepare the soy beans it is probably best to refer to the instruction manual that came with the maker. But here’s what I normally do: – pour the dry beans into a bowl and remove any foreign material, twigs, discoloured
