What is the best way to prepare for graduate school?
Two things a student should do in order to prepare himself/herself for graduate studies: (1) have a GPA of more than 3.0 for admission to graduate programs in reputable Graduate Schools and more than 3.5 to compete for a teaching/research assistantship and (2) take a project course(s) to do research in the area that might interest you in your graduate studies. To be successful in graduate studies, the student needs to have good analytical ability, creativity, and independence. Any courses you take and/or any research you do that can enhance these qualities in you will help you get into a good graduate program and be successful in your study.
