What is the best way to photograph and catalog product samples so I can share them with prospects?
We have hundreds of product samples and I am looking for efficient ways I can share our ideas with prospects and clients. I would like to photograph and archive them in a database online. Ideally, I would like to group by product types and assign attributes to each sample so I can recall like products. For example – Group = Presentation Folder Attributes = two pockets, education, linen stock, 9 1/2 x 12. Does anyone know of a software or website capable of this. I have already looked at Picasa and its functionality is limited. Sites like Facebook are interesting, but require membership to view images. I want anyone online to be able to view these samples without requiring a sign up.
