What is the best way to manage printers on a computer network?
If you have network printers (ones with NIC cards in them), then first make sure that they are on the network. Then, you must add the printer to the printers list on each computer. Go to control panel, printers and faxes, and then add a new one. Go to “network printers” and select the printer. If they are not network printers, but are connected to a computer on the network, then just go to the printer on the computer it’s connected to and share it (right click on it and select “sharing”.
