What is the best way to manage pagers, cell phones, and other telephone resources for members / personnel? Can these “additional resources” be reported on?

Using the Phones button on the main personnel entry screen. Two methods that work best. 1. Make a new entry in the resource file and in the contact name field enter the resource. example: Alpha Pager. In the type field add or select your code for pagers. 2. Instead of entering the resource you can enter the persons name or name and resource. example: Mike Smith (Alpha Pager). In the type field add or select your code for pagers. These resources will not be reported on automatically in the standard reports that come with RedAlert. The reports can easily be reported on with the Custom Reporting Module.
