What is the best way to loose my baby weight?
Take her for a walk, 2/3 times a day, maybe when you cant settle her, pop her in her buggy and walk for half an hour to an hour, enjoy being with your baby, dont worry about the weight, you’re eating healthy and looking after your daughter thats the main thing. My midwife always said 9months on, so 9 months off, although getting weight off takes longer than gaining it, just eat well, walk lots and enjoy your daughter, not all of us go back to how we were before ever, our body shape changes and things are less pert, but who cares when you have such a beautiful thing in your life.
