What is the best way to increase flexibility?
I want to increase my flexibility, primarily in my hips and I thought I would solicit some opinions here. I was planning on trying yoga but it seems everything pays lip service to increased flexibility: yoga, pilates, taichi, any and all martial arts, etc. What do you think is the best for flexibility specifically? Also if you have any recommendations for studios/gyms/instructors/dvds/whatever where I could go try any of these that would be great. If you happen to be an instructor, feel free to plug your services. In case it matters I am a man in pretty good shape, just not very flexible.
