Starter plants are easiest.Grapes grow very easily.Make sure they have something to climb onto and hold on.We trained ours to grow over a chain link fence.It spread and completely covered the whole thing.Was beautiful and the birds loved it. We never did on thing to ours.No prunning at all.Just water well the first season so it can root well.
