All houses have mice in the winter time. Keep setting the traps. If you keep getting them it is because they are making baby mice, or they continue to enter. By all means, seal the house as best you can, as another answer pointed out, they only need a hole the size of a dime. The electronic devices do not work at all…..that’s a scam. Having said all of this, if they don’t have food, they can’t reproduce. I killed more than 20 of them last winter, and then realized that they had found a treasure of food in the room that I store my bulk food in. They must love the carb rush from raw pasta because that was their favorite dish. Put all non-canned food into plastic storage bins. Along with the traps, both conventional and sticky, buy a container of the rodent poison, and put just a few of the pellets in a place your child can not get to. Do not place the entire container out, as the mouse colony quickly builds up a resistance to it. Most rodent poisons dry the carcass out in a way that it
