What is the best way to get my teachers to turn off internet filtering systems?
Show them concrete examples of how filtering systems are flawed. I don’t have time to give you examples, but a few searches should turn up examples of filters blocking legitimate web sites due to false positives and allowing (subjectively) bad sites through even though they meet the requirements set out in the filter.
