Note that searches in the ‘Message body’ can include text from extra headers. So you will need to find a section of the headers from the mailing list messages which are unique to that list. For example all messages to the mailing list may have a line saying Sender: mailing-list@somewhere.com For this example you can then set the rule up to search for ‘Sender: mailing-list@somewhere.com’ in the ‘Message body’. or perhaps all messages to the mailing list have a line saying X-List-Info: Widget Appreciation Mailing List For this example you can then set the rule up to search for ‘X-List-Info: Widget Appreciation Mailing List’ in the ‘Message body’. As a general rule, the extra header will be of the form some-header: some info So you can then add a rule to search for it in the ‘Message body’ substituting the appropriate values for ‘some-header:’ and ‘some info’ IYSWIM.
