By following these simple instructions you can make sure that your donations post to your Participant Center accurately and in a timely manner: a. Each mailed donation must be sent with its own donation form only one check per donation slip. Please do not send multiple donation forms with one check. b. All donation forms must include your name and Participant ID. c. We cannot split donations among multiple participants or teams, so again, please send only one donation form per donation. d. All donations should be mailed to the address listed on the donation form. e. Donations should be sent via Federal Express, UPS or other courier service. f. Our bank processes hundreds of thousands of donations each month.
