What is the best way to cook my Tallgrass Beef?
Tallgrass grass-fed beef will cook approximately 30% quicker to the same degree of doneness when compared with grain-fed beef. This is due to the favorable difference in the fatty acid profile. Because grass-fed beef has more total unsaturated fatty acids than grain-fed beef, the fats have a lower melting point and will reach the same degree of doneness in 30% less time.
