What is the best way to cook a tuna steak?
I would get the pan screaming hot, add a couple tablespoons of oil, let it heat up a minute, then put the steak down and DO NOT MOVE IT for a good 2 minutes… longer depending on how you want it cooked. You will be tempted to move it around but don’t, as not moving it is what helps it get brown and seared. Turn it only one time. Do not keep turning it over and over. Turn it once, cook the other side, and take it off the heat. Let it rest for at least 5 mins before eating it. Serve with anything you like!
