WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT CSA?
E-mail is the quickest and most efficient way to communicate with CSA counselors. E-mail allows staff to respond promptly to the many questions we receive about the various programs, and helps keep us from playing “phone-tag”. E-mail also provides us with written documentation that we need to verify information and any changes. Thus, please check your e-mail account frequently. Allow extra time during our peak season of April thru August. Of course, you can telephone our office at: 206-583-8191. CSA counselors are often very busy processing registrations or answering numerous questions via e-mail.
