What is the best way to complain about something at work?
We recommend that you first raise the issue informally with your manager. Most managers want problems to be sorted out and this approach should resolve most difficulties. However, if this approach does not work then you need to contact your local PCS rep who can raise the issue with your management. Again most problems will be resolved at this level. More difficult cases may need to go to the branch or the group.
