Dry your stained glass piece and use a special polish (Kem-pro, finishing compound) to get the glass to really shine and the solder seams buffed. – However, a stained glass piece that has been on display for a while can easily be cleaned in soapy water using a mild soap or you could also use a glass cleaner and soft rag to help wipe away collected dust.
