What is the best way to build? Should I personally sign up lots of people or should I sign up a few people under myself and place everyone else under them?
We recommend that you sign up under yourself people with whom you have personally worked. It is very important that new Members have personal contact with their sponsors. Experience has shown us that it is seldom effective to sign up new Members under sponsors whom they do not know. It’s more difficult to build strong relationships since there is often little motivation for wither the sponsor or the new Member to get to know each other and work together. The exception to this recommendation is when a potential new Member has been contacted by yourself as well as someone in your downline. Then it is perfectly fine to let your downline Member sponsor that person.
