What is the best way to apply make up?
Face: Apply a base (like Maxfactor Colour Adapt, or Bobbi Brown stick foundation) with a barely damp latex sponge. Ensure to blend well into the corners of the nose and mouth, as well as the jawline to avoid tidemarks. Then, apply concealer (Rimmel Hide the Blemish is very cheap) with either a concealer brush or your little finger to spots and dark circles under the eyes. Dust a layer of powder (pressed or loose, according to preference) with either a puff or a large powder brush. Finally, finish with a good blusher (I like Maxfactor and the Body Shop powder blushers). I prefer powder as it stays longer but again it’s up to you.
