If it’s a cream, liquid or tinted moisturizer, a foundation brush is best because sponges absorb too much of the actual foundation and you end up wasting the product… so, with foundation brushes you end up using less product. Foundation brushes blend and melt the foundation into the skin giving it an airbursh-effect. Sometimes, women go through countless bottles of foundation trying to find the “perfect one” when all they really need is a foundation brush… it makes a world of a difference. It takes a while getting used to using it, though. Just work on small sections of the face at a time, using small back and forth, wispy-blend-like motions.
