What is the best way in which to cut my cheesecake?
You can cut your cheesecake with a thin knife that has been warmed in hot water then dried. Make your cut, rinse, reheat and dry your knife again before you make your second cut or you can cut your cheesecake with dental floss or sterilized monofilament fishing line. Wrap about 2 feet of floss or monofilament around your fingers (as you would to floss). With tight tension, press and saw through the cheesecake with a back and forth motion to the bottom. Remove from one of your fingers and pull through. Repeat until completely cut.
